Shipping Policy
We strive to provide all of our customers with prompt service. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment if the product is in stock. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. You may choose UPS 2nd Day and we will ship that within 24 hours after payment is received if the product is in stock.
Return Policy
At Iron-Q, your satisfaction is our satisfaction. If you have an issue, please contact us immediately and we will respond to your concern as soon as possible.
Damaged Items
We make every attempt to package your order to avoid damage; however, when shipping glass products damage may occur. If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately and we will replace the damaged product. DO NOT consume any product if its glass jar is broken, cracked or if the contents are leaking.
